• The original school/college ID and GOVT ID (Aadhaar/voter/PAN) must be produced at the ticket counter for entry.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable once booked and valid only for the specific date selected.
• All tickets booked together will be valid for entry only on the same day.
• A maximum of 20 tickets can be booked online at a time.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-replaceable if lost or stolen and will be void if altered.
• Outside food & beverages are not allowed.
• Cigarettes, alcohol, tobacco, gutka and chewing gum are not allowed.
• If not carrying a printed e-ticket, the guest can collect it from the designated Wonder World counter on the date of visit by presenting a soft copy of the e-ticket or a message, along with an original valid photo ID.

• Only nylon or polyester swimwear is mandatory for use on any water rides/pools.
• Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides will not be permitted.
• People with long hair are recommended to wear a swimming cap.
• Maintain discipline in the ride queue area and don’t jump the queue.
• Pregnant women, heart patients, individuals with high blood pressure and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast or adventurous rides.
• Please follow the safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and instructions displayed near the rides.
• Management shall not be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the park.
• Guests may be revoked and ejected from the park without a refund if park policies or safety rules are violated.
• Management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of the guests.
• Guests are advised to empty lockers before returning the key. Management is not responsible for items left behind.
• Management reserves the right to stop taking pictures or recording video.
